Who Am I If Not a Smoker?

Many people find themselves asking the same question during their quit: “Who am I if I’m not a smoker?"

You are whoever you want to be. After quitting smoking, maybe you’re a bicyclist. Maybe you’re a part-time journalist. Or a chef in the making.

Whoever you are, now’s the time to love the new you. And we're sure your friends and family members will too, for more than a couple of reasons:

  • Quitting smoking is very difficult. Accomplishing something so difficult may inspire you to take on other challenging tasks.
  • You may feel cleaner. You won’t smell like smoke, and you may have better-looking teeth and fresher breath.
  • You may experience the health benefits of quitting.
